Witness the colors, freshness and variety of local products. Then we’ll take a cooking class to see and taste the most popular Peruvian dishes such as Ceviche and Lomo Saltado (stir fried beef). Free rest of the day to explore the city.

At night, an adventure of new flavors at Malabar, restaurant owned by Pedro Miguel Schiaffino, in which we will enjoy a dinner tasting of the best Peruvian author dishes.
